Art Director

8+ Years’ Experience

Some of the cool stuff you’ll be doing:

  • Defining game art styles 
  • Conveying expectations, both in terms of the level of quality and content (backgrounds, environments, characters), to the graphics team (lead artists, concept artists, environment artists, character artists, animation team) by making use of visual references, concept art, production design, and atmosphere materials 
  • Developing high standards of quality 
  • Supervising and approving work completed by the graphics team to ensure that the elements produced comply with the vision for the game, as well as meeting quality standards 
  • Establishing art production pipelines, and ensuring the maintenance of the workflow of artistic tasks 
  • Providing guidance and advice to the team 
  • Ensuring that the artistic framework, schedule and budget are all abided by  
  • Employee management 

Senior Producer

5+ Years’ Experience

Some of the cool stuff you’ll be doing:

  • Project Management: You are first and foremost an entertainment project manager, creatively and technically. You can develop, plan and execute projects, from pitch to certification on console, mobile, PC, web and any other platform the games industry throws at you. Risk management is in your DNA. 
  • Leadership: That’s leadership, not management, and you know the difference. We want to hear how you serve a technical team of uber-smart engineers to reach a common goal, and how you develop the individual potential of every team member. 
  • Client Relations: We’re a customer-driven organization, so you are comfortable with client-facing relationships and communications. 
  • Communication: Speaking of communication, you have to be able to filter vast amounts of information into actionable items, while clearly keeping your team, your client and management informed of the changing situation. 
  • Business Management: Running a project is part of running a business, which includes working with sales, hiring, staffing, cost management, proposals, and writing contracts. It also includes long-term business development and identifying new opportunities. 

Intermediate Generalist Programmer

3+ Years’ Experience

  • Working closely with client studios to bring their games to realization
  • Designing, implementing, and debugging game features
  • Working on game toolsets and pipelines
  • Analyzing and optimizing runtimes
  • Collaborating on systems and tools to help designers implement their creative vision
  • Building a solid relationship with your programming peers in-house and around the world
  • Supporting your team mates to accomplish goals
 

Rendering Programmer

5+ Years’ Experience

Some of the cool stuff you’ll be doing:
  • Program code customized to the hardware you are working with
  • Explore new hardware and deal with the interesting new challenges it poses
  • Meet up with artists to assess their needs and vision as well as prototype ideas
  • Review code to improve its performance, in search of that vital extra millisecond
  • Read the latest relevant academic literature in order to stay at the forefront of your field
  • Update and improve existing rendering systems for the next generation of consoles
  • Work with legacy projects to bring them into the modern era
  • Optimize CPU/GPU performance and memory usage in the rendering pipeline
  • Effectively communicate progress, problems, and solutions to project leadership
  • Actively participate in code reviews
  • Build a solid relationship with your programming peers in-house and around the world

Senior Generalist Programmer

6+ Years’ Experience
