Technical UI Artist

3+ Years’ Experience

Some of the cool stuff you’ll be doing:
  • Contribute to build, improve and maintain a visual library of Sketch components for use in building UI screens.
  • Work with Rendering, Tools and Feature Engineering teams to streamline UI Art Processes, Workflows and Pipelines.
  • Using Sketch, deliver a large scale of optimized UI content for the custom XAML pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the UI Art Director, UX Leads and UI/UX designers to help implement the feature screens.
  • Implement UI screens which include data driven, dynamic layouts, animations and transitions.
  • Work from visual comps, motions designs and style guides to translate complex UX wireframes and UI visual concepts into in-game UI.
  • Identify and help develop new process flows and tools to optimize the UI/UX pipeline.

5+ Years’ Experience

Some of the cool stuff you’ll be doing:
  • Program code customized to the hardware you are working with
  • Explore new hardware and deal with the interesting new challenges it poses
  • Meet up with artists to assess their needs and vision as well as prototype ideas
  • Review code to improve its performance, in search of that vital extra millisecond
  • Read the latest relevant academic literature in order to stay at the forefront of your field
  • Update and improve existing rendering systems for the next generation of consoles
  • Work with legacy projects to bring them into the modern era
  • Optimize CPU/GPU performance and memory usage in the rendering pipeline
  • Effectively communicate progress, problems, and solutions to project leadership
  • Actively participate in code reviews
  • Build a solid relationship with your programming peers in-house and around the world

Senior Producer

5+ Years’ Experience

Some of the cool stuff you’ll be doing:

  • Project Management: You are first and foremost an entertainment project manager, creatively and technically. You can develop, plan and execute projects, from pitch to certification on console, mobile, PC, web and any other platform the games industry throws at you. Risk management is in your DNA. 
  • Leadership: That’s leadership, not management, and you know the difference. We want to hear how you serve a technical team of uber-smart engineers to reach a common goal, and how you develop the individual potential of every team member. 
  • Client Relations: We’re a customer-driven organization, so you are comfortable with client-facing relationships and communications.

Technical Artist

3+ Years’ Experience

Some of the cool stuff you’ll be doing:
  • Maintain and improve the production pipeline and content library.
  • Work directly in a custom C++ game engine and with home-grown C# pipeline tools to create content and implement features for the UX team
  • Build new features and content based on product roadmap
  • Identify and help develop new process flows and tools to optimize the UI/UX pipeline
  • Work directly with UI/UX production artists and developers to help implement their vision
  • Target and address any art-related technical issues

Senior Game Designer

7+ Years’ Experience

Some of the cool stuff you’ll be doing:
  • Creative Design: You are first and foremost a skilled game designer with published mobile and console games in your credits. You can develop, plan and execute design, from pitch to gold master on console, mobile, PC, web and any other platform the games industry throws at you.
  • Leadership and mentoring: That’s leadership, not management, and you know the difference. We want to hear how you serve a technical and creative team of uber-smart engineers and artists to reach a common goal, and how you develop the individual potential of every team member.
  • Communication: You have to be able to filter vast amounts of information into actionable items, while clearly keeping your team, your client and management informed of the changing situation.
  • Product Management: You know what makes a good gameplay experience, and can constructively critique and guide in-development games to make them better. You can also guide a group in brainstorming a new title from the ground up, providing guidance on gameplay, art, tech, analytics, cert and legislation that affects your title.

4+ Years’ Experience

  • Act as the go-to contact for any physics related requirements
  • Lead programming activities in custom physics engine/s 
  • Working closely with client studios to bring their games to realization
  • Designing, implementing, and debugging game features
  • Working on game toolsets and pipelines
  • Analyzing and optimizing runtimes
  • Collaborating on systems and tools to help designers implement their creative vision
  • Building a solid relationship with your programming peers in-house and around the world

Game Engine & Systems Engineer

4+ Years’ Experience

Some of the cool stuff you’ll be doing:
  • Working closely with client studios to bring their games to realization
  • Write clear, maintainable, highly functional code and portable C++ code
  • Support and maintain existing systems
  • Designing, implementing, and debugging game features
